Will I Have To Pay International Taxes and Duties?

All orders are shipped from Switzerland. There is never any extra Customers fee. But the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

 

We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add our mail address to your safe sender list. If there is any problem, please feel easy to contact our Customer Service Department.

Is the online store shopping area secure?

The web site is busy. Can I e-mail my order?

We're sorry. We cannot accept orders via e-mail. Sending personal information, especially your credit card, through e-mail is not safe or secure and should not be used.

How do I log out of my account?

Be sure to click the "log out" link in the upper right corner of your screen, either at the end of the checkout process or on the My Account page. 

After I've registered at the online store, how do I log in to see my account on my next visit?

You can log in during the checkout process or you can also find links to My Account on the online store home page.

How do I change my registration information at the online store?

You can change your registration by clicking on "My Account" from the online store home page. Log in and change any information you wish – your credit card, billing address, log-in name, password, stored shipping addresses, etc. At this time, registration information cannot be deleted, only updated.   However, you can delete credit card information and unused shipping.  

Why do I need a password when I register at the online store?

Your password is an extra level of security for the private information you give us.

Do I have to register at the online store?

No, you don't have to register. The advantage of registering is that it makes the checkout process much faster for future purchases-you won't be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information each time you shop.  If you choose to register, we recommend you print your registration page to use for future reference and note your username and password in a secure location.
